Providence Equity Partners, a global private equity firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management, is making a majority investment in DV. The new investment infuses additional capital into our company that will accelerate our growth, further drive our global expansion as well as invest in the tools and resources that enable us to continually raise the level of service to our clients.

DV will continue to operate as an independent 3rd party provider.
